This is a contest between complainants and defendants as to who is entitled to control the school property and school of a special school district in Scott county known as the Oneida High School of Scott county.

The original bill was filed on August 27, 1921, by the Oneida High School of Scott county, as a domestic corporation duly chartered- by chapter 371 of the Private Acts of 1915, and having its situs in Scott county; and A. C. Terry, C. B. Hail, J. B. Carson, George H. Jackson, and M. E. Thomas, trustees of said school, and all citizens and residents of said school district and county,…
