This is an action to determine the title to two lots of land. The case was submitted to the trial court on the facts stated in the motion for judgment filed by Louis C. Gibbs against C. L. Chavis.
The material facts are these:(1) By deed dated May 7, 1928, and duly recorded on September 8, 1928, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Chesterfield County, the Hopewell Westover Corporation conveyed to Joe Mitchell two lots of land described as follows:
