1Opinion of the CourtFullerton, J.
On March 6,1927, one Mary Kujawa died intestate in King county, leaving an estate therein consisting of real and personal property. Mrs. Kujawa, although a married woman, was living separate and apart from her husband. She held the property mentioned in her - own right, and was in possession of it at the time of her death. She left, as her heirs-at-law, her husband and three sons, each of mature age.
On the day following the death of Mrs. Kujawa, her husband, Thomas Kujawa, moved onto the premises and took possession of the property. Later on he was appointed administrator of the estate. On…
