Three separate actions were instituted in the Logan Circuit Court by separate plaintiffs against the Mutual Relief Association and W. T. Roberts, John P. Roberts and Chas. X. Williams. It is alleged in the complaints that the defendant association was a mutual life insurance company which was authorized to do, and was doing, business in this State; that the other defendants were owners, directors and bondsmen of the association.
