James Dewitt Wbatley sued Charles R. Buchanan and William Burton Moore, a partnership, doing business as Delta Brokerage & Warehouse Company, for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff in the collapse of storage bins on the premises of the defendants. Judgment was entered on jury verdict in favor of the plaintiff for $15,000. Plaintiff appealed, contending the amount of damages awarded by the jury was grossly inadequate.
