Plain tiff-appellant, Beverly Jackson, sought damages for injuries sustained while a passenger on a bus of the defendant-respondent, Bi-State Transit System, when an object penetrated a window of one of the defendant’s buses and struck her in the face. The trial court sustained a motion to dismiss her third petition and she appeals. For reasons hereinafter stated, we affirm.
