Braulick v. Hathaway Meats, Inc.

¶1 Hathaway Meats, Inc., appeals from the $31,500judgment entered against it after a jury in the Eighth Judicial District, Cascade County, found for Hathaway’s former employee, Timothy Scott Braulick, in this wrongful discharge action. We affirm.

¶2 The issue is whether the District Court erred in denying Hathaway’s motions'for judgment as a matter of law and submitting the case to the jury.
