¶1 — Holly Snyder appeals the superior court’s order affirming the dismissal of her administrative appeal for lack of jurisdiction. The Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) dismissed Ms. Snyder’s April 2013 administrative appeal because Ms. Snyder failed to appeal the Department of Social and Health Services’ (DSHS) April 2011 internal review determination within 30 days of receiving constructive notice of the determination.
