Plaintiffs appeal from the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant United States of America and third party defendant Joyce Robertson. 681 F.Supp. 1500. Plaintiffs brought this action against the United States of America pursuant to the Federal Tort Claims Act for the wrongful death of their decedent. R.Vol. I, Doc. 1.
