Rodrigo Contreras appeals his convictions of two counts of delivery of a controlled substance in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 85-7-1031(a)(ii) (Michie 1997). 1 His primary claim is that the trial court abused its discretion in allowing the jury, during its deliberation, to listen to audio tape recordings of drug transactions. Contreras further contends the trial court erred when it allowed a deputy sheriff to testify that standard procedures intended to ensure the reliability of undercover drug purchases were followed.
