R. W. Holding Corp. v. R. I. W. Waterproofing & Decorating Co.

The R. W. iHolding Corporation filed its bill of complaint against the R. I. W. Waterproofing & Decorating Co. and the Miami Herald Publishing Co., seeking to re-foreclose its mortgage as to the rights of these defendants in and to part of the property encumbered by said mortgage, said defendants having been omitted as parties defendant from the prior foreclosure proceeding.
