Creditor-Appellant Kirk Etter appeals from the bankruptcy court's order dismissing a Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding filed by Debtor-Appellee, LLC 1 07CH12487 ("Debtor"). Debtor filed his Chapter 7 petition on December 31, 2013 and moved to dismiss it some three and a half years later. Over the objections of the Chapter 7 Trustee and the Creditor, the bankruptcy court granted that motion on October 11, 2017.
