ROBERTSON, District Judge.
Plaintiff Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC), a public interest research organization, sued the Department of Justice on October 14, 2003, seeking an injunction that would require DOJ to expedite the processing and release of records EPIC had requested under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
