MOORE, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order sustaining defendants’ pleas of privilege. Plaintiff, J. W. Burrows, a resident of Rusk County, Texas, instituted suit against Texas Kenworth Company (Kenworth), a Texas Corporation domiciled in Dallas County, Texas, and Paccar Financial Corporation (Paccar), a Washington corporation with a permit to do business in Texas and having its principal offices and place of business in Dallas County, Texas.
