Plaintiffs Meghan Wurtz (“Wurtz”) and Mindy Burnovski (“Burnovski”) bring this class action on behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated (collectively, “plaintiffs”)1 against The Rawlings Company, LLC (“Rawlings”), Oxford Health Plans (NY), Inc.
