®In this consolidated case two original petitions for mandamus were filed. The relators are George A. Hunter, county clerk of the county of LaSalle, and Harry A. Little, county clerk of the county of Champaign, Illinois. The action is brought against Philip W. Collins, Director, Department of Revenue of the State of Illinois.
