—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Nicholas Figueroa, J.), rendered April 1, 1998, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree (two counts) and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to three concurrent terms of 8V4 to I6V2 years, unanimously modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, to the extent of reducing the sentence to three concurrent terms of 6 to 12 years, and otherwise affirmed.
