Michael D. Schauf (Mike) and his wife JoAnn M. Schauf appeal the district court’s order adopting the findings of fact and conclusions of law of the “special” master, who determined the nature and extent of an implied partnership relation with Mike’s parents, Roman and Leona Schauf, following a jury determination that such a partnership relation existed.
