This is an appeal from a judgment in appellee’s favor for damages for the detention of real estate. The action was begun February 14, 1911, before a justice of the peace in Lake County, in which court there was. a trial by the justice resulting in a decision and judgment for appellee — that he have possession of the premises and $27.50 damages and that he recover costs of the action. From this judgment appellant appealed to the Lake Superior Court, from which court this cause, on application of appellant, was venued to the Porter Superior Court.
