This is an action by appellee against appellant for damages on account of the death of Harry Lyons, which it is charged was caused by the carelessness and negligence of appellant, while he was in its employ, repairing or adjusting an electric fire-alarm system maintained by it. The cause was tried on an amended complaint filed subsequently to the judgment of reversal on a former appeal. Appellant filed a demurrer to the same for want of facts, which was overruled.
