The state appeals from a pretrial order suppressing evidence seized during a search of defendant’s house and property pursuant to a search warrant. We reverse.

The Florence office of the Oregon State Police received information that marijuana was growing on property in the Florence area. After investigation a warrant was sought to search the property and the house in which defendant and his wife resided for marijuana and evidence of its manufacture, possession, sale and use.
