GLADIS, Senior Judge:

Appellant, charged under Article 85, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 885, with one specification of desertion, pled guilty to the lesser included offense of unauthorized absence. A general court-martial composed of military judge alone found him guilty in accordance with his plea and sentenced him to be confined at hard labor for five months, to forfeit $300.00 pay per month for three months, to be reduced to pay grade E-l, and to be discharged with a bad conduct discharge.
