bln this workers’ compensation case, the claimant appeals a summary judgment dismissing his claim for permanent and total disability benefits. For the following reasons, we affirm.

BACKGROUND

The claimant, Darrel W. Aucoin, was employed by Kansas City Southern Railroad (KCS) as a truck master twenty years ago, when he sustained a work-related back injury on February 5, 1992. KCS’s workers’ compensation carrier, CNA Insurance Companies, terminated Mr. Aucoin’s supplemental earnings benefits, which had expired.
