This action Avas brought to set aside as fraudulent and void a bill of sale of personal property, certain deeds, an assignment of a land contract, and a mortgage. Prior to July 2d, 1888, the plaintiff was the owner in fee of lots Nos. 36, 37 and 38 in block No. 32 in the city of Corning, N. Y. She also held aland contract of an adjoining lot known as No. 35, from one Mallory. On said second day of July, 1888, the plaintiff executed and delivered to one John W.
