This matter is before the court on a motion to rehear the trustee’s application to compel the law firm of Steltemeier & West- brook (hereinafter “Steltemeier”) and the accounting firm of Riecardi & Phillips (hereinafter “Riecardi”) to turn over to the trustee all information in their possession concerning the bankrupt, Federal Copper of Tennessee, Inc.
