*691In an action, inter alia, for specific performance of an oral agreement to convey an interest in real property, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Dorsa, J.), entered January 15, 2008, which denied their motion, in effect, to dismiss the first cause of action pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (7), for summary judgment dismissing the second through twelfth causes of action on the ground that they were barred by the statute of frauds, and for summary judgment on the counterclaims.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
