Plaintiff/Appellee Book Chevrolet, Inc. (Book) is a Delaware corporation whose principal place of business is in Hartford, Kentucky. Defendant/Appellant General Motors (GM) is a Delaware Corporation whose principal place of business is Detroit, Michigan, but who is qualified to do business in Kentucky as a foreign corporation.
