Although I agree with the majority opinion to the extent that I would affirm Appellant’s conviction and five (5) year sentence for Tampering With Physical Evidence, I respectfully dissent from the majority’s holding as to Appellant’s conviction and sentence of life imprisonment for the offense of Murder.
