Before this Court are applications for relief arising from a dispute between the Statutory Liquidator of Legion Insurance Company (In Liquidation) (Legion) and Intervenors GE Frankona Reinsurance Company, Ltd. and ERC Frankona Reinsurance III, Ltd. f/k/a Eagle Star Reinsurance Company, Ltd.
