A court-martial composed of members convicted Appellant, contrary to his pleas, of wrongfully using cocaine on divers occasions, in violation of Article 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 912a (2000). The adjudged and approved sentence consisted of six months confinement, a bad conduct discharge, and reduction to E-4. The United States Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals affirmed after modifying the findings and reassessing the sentence. United States v.
