A jury found Walter Sands guilty of (1) conspiracy to possess with intent to dis*796tribute at least 50 grams of methamphetamine; (2) possession with intent to distribute or distribution of at least 5 grams of methamphetamine; (3) possession with the intent to distribute at least 50 grams of methamphetamine; (4) use of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime; and (5) being a felon in possession of a firearm.
