Appellees/Cross-Appellants Manuel Gir-aldo and Maria Giraldo, individually and as the sole heirs and legal representatives of the estate of Michael Giraldo, filed a wrongful death suit against the City of Dallas. The City filed a plea to the jurisdiction asserting governmental immunity. The trial court denied the City’s plea to the jurisdiction as to two claims and granted it as to one claim.
