SWEET, District Judge.

Defendants Conde Nast Publications Inc. (“Conde Nast”), Alexandra Golinkin (“Golinkin”), Julie Krumholz (“Krumholz”), and Wendy Cohen (“Cohen”) have moved pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for summary judgment to dismiss the complaint of plaintiff Ami-nah Ricks (“Ricks”) alleging racial discrimination, hostile work environment, and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
