OPINION
ENSLEN, District Judge.. This case is before the Court on defendant’s motion to dismiss under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6), or in the alternative, for a more definite statement under Rule 12(e). Additionally, defendant asks the Court to strike specified portions of the Complaint under Rule 12(f). Plaintiffs’ Complaint states eight causes of action against defendant.
