Defendant appeals a conviction of burglary not in a dwelling. The principal assignment of 'error challenges the refusal of the court to grant a mistrial.

On direct examination, a police officer was unnecessarily asked whether the defendant had identified himself as Berald Curtis Rogers. The officer replied that he had.
