Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Sullivan, J.), rendered October 31, 2014, convicting him of burglary in the second degree and grand larceny in the fourth degree (three counts), upon a jury verdict, and sentencing him to a determinate term of imprisonment of 10 years, to be followed by 5 years of postrelease supervision, upon his conviction of burglary in the second degree, to run concurrently with concurrent indeterminate terms of imprisonment of IV2 to 3 years upon each of his convictions of grand larceny in the fourth degree.
