This is an appeal of a district court’s denial of an application for writ of habeas corpus. Mr. Moore was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, second offense. He is now complaining about a much delayed modification of the conditions of his bail that requires him to only drive vehicles equipped with an ignition interlock.
