Before the Court is a Motion for Voluntary Dismissal filed by Plaintiffs Brad Mahoney, Adam Conrad, and Scott Conrad (collectively, Plaintiffs), as well as a Motion to Enjoin Plaintiffs From Further Prosecuting Their Later Filed State Court Action filed by Defendant Sherwin Williams Company (Sherwin Williams).
