SWAN, Chief Judge.

This is a petition by the National Labor Relations Board for enforcement of its order issued April 18, 1951 against the respondent union, 93 N.L.R.B. No. 249. The order found that the union had engaged in certain unfair labor practices in violation of sections 8(b) (1) (A) and 8(b) (2) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. § 158(b) (1) (A), (2), by causing the A. H. Bull Steamship Company to discriminate against William Christian Fowler, a ship’s radio operator and a member of the union, thereby causing Fowler to lose employment by the company on each…
