In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Town of Southampton denying petitioner’s application to continue the construction of a motel in accordance with plans submitted by it, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 25, 1979, which, inter alia, annulled the determination of the board of zoning appeals and granted the petition.
