SEYMOUR, Circuit Judge.

Following a jury trial, Avraham Ben-Zion Haber was convicted of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341 and wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343. The district court sentenced him to forty-six months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release.
