Before the Court is Josué E. Aponte-Ramos' ("Petitioner" or "Aponte-Ramos") pro-se motion to vacate, set aside, or correct sentence in Criminal Case No. 13-294 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (" section 2255"), and the Federal Public Defender's Supplemental Brief in Support of Petitioner' Section 2255 Motion.
