GRISSOM, Chief Justice.
Vernon Humphreys sued Clint Dakan for damages alleged to have been caused by defendant’s dogs killing plaintiff’s sheep and goats. Plaintiff alleged in substance that defendant lived on a farm adjoining plaintiff’s ranch and kept sheep and goat killing dogs, known by defendant to be such; that defendant negligently permitted said dogs to roam at large and kill plaintiff’s sheep and goats, which negligence was a proximate cause of plaintiff’s damage.
