FINCH, Chief Judge.
THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendants’ Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment, or/in the Alternative for Summary Adjudication of Issues.
I. BACKGROUND
Plaintiff B A Properties, Inc.
