Order and judgment (one paper), Supreme Court, New York County (Edward Lehner, *480J.), entered November 6, 1996, which, inter alia, granted defendant’s motion to confirm an arbitration award directing plaintiff to sell to defendant his interest in certain real property upon specified terms and conditions, and denied plaintiffs cross motion to vacate the award, and order, same court and Justice, entered December 23, 1996, which directed plaintiff to pay transfer taxes upon conveyance of his interest in the subject property, unanimously affirmed, with costs.
