• From the pleadings, stipulations, depositions and affidavits on file it appears without dispute that: Northwest Investors Service Inc. drew a check on Security Trust & Savings Bank on June 21, 1963, payable to the order of Crow, Brourman & Chatkin, Pittsburgh brokers, and mailed the check to the payee.
