ALARCÓN, Senior Circuit Judge:
Steve Alon, Eliezer Arce, John Biro, and John Demeter appeal from the judgment of conviction entered following their jury trial. Alón and Arce were convicted of conspiring to send electronic surreptitious surveillance devices (“ESIDs”) through the mail, or in interstate or foreign commerce, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2512(l)(a), to possess or sell ESIDs, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2512(l)(b), and to smuggle-merchandise into the United States in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 545.
