This matter is before the court on plaintiffs’ motion for a default judgment and motion for a permanent injunction against defendants Super Spring Orthodontics, LLC (“Super Spring”), Speedaligners, LLC (“Speedaligners”), and Nightshift LLC (“Nightshift”).
