This is a suit to quiet title to an unpatented mining claim located upon Lot 5, Section 30, Township 37 South, Range 6 West of the Willamette Meridian, in Josephine County, State of Oregon.

*459The trial court made findings of fact and conclusions of law and upon these entered a decree allotting plaintiffs a portion of the claim located at the west end of the lot and allotted the remainder of the claim to the defendant. Title to each parcel was quieted subject to paramount title in the United States. Plaintiffs appeal.
