JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Larry Bess ("appellant"), appeals the trial court's admission of other acts evidence at trial. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.

{¶ 2} On November 2, 1989, the state filed an indictment against appellant on ten counts. Counts one through three alleged rape in violation of R.C. 2907.02. Counts four through ten alleged gross sexual imposition in violation of R.C. 2907.05.
